About Spalding - Spalding is a peaceful market town in the South Lincolnshire Fens and stands midway between Boston and Peterborough. As well as being the administrative centre of South Holland, Spalding is an important agricultural town and the centre of the flower industry - more daffodils are grown in South Holland than any other part of Britain.
