Things to do and Tourst Information - Worth a visit is Godinton House and Gardens - Set in extensive parkland Godinton is a joy to discover. The house with its mellow brickwork and distinctive gables nestles in a hollow surrounded by a magnificent yew hedge, giving an initial impression of a rather modest stately home; calm, intimate and timeless. It is however one of the most important and fascinating houses in Kent.
